ABOUT THE REFUND POLICY

This refund policy covers both cancellations and refund policies for business consultations.

CANCELLATIONS for rescheduling

We require 2 business days' notice in writing to cancel your appointment for rescheduling at no cost to you.

We will not reschedule your business consultation appointment for free unless you meet the above requirements.

CANCELLATIONS for refunding

We require 2 business days' notice in writing to cancel your appointment and to request a full refund of your fee paid.

CANCELLATIONS notice methods

We will accept your cancellation requests via support ticket or in text format to our WhatsApp support number.

If AccountsPro Solutions cannot meet our obligations by the agreed dates due to circumstances BEYOND our control, then we will communicate with the client to make alternative arrangements.  Some examples are downtime due to bad weather, load-shedding or power outages, unrest or uprisings, break-ins etc.
