This is the Basic Registration Pack of services for the registration of a Pty Ltd company with one Director.

What You Get:

1. Name Search to minimise the risk of Reserved Names being rejected
    
2. COR9.4: Name Reservation Certificate
    
3.  COR14.3: Company Registration Certificate (this was previously called the CK1 document for CC’s)
    
4.  COR14.1 and CoR14.1A: Appointment of Incorporator and Director
    
5.  COR15.1A: The Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) – CIPC’s recommended version
   
    
6.  Optional Extras at No Extra Cost:
   
      (1) Official BEE Affidavit via CIPC during the registration process
   
      (2) Business Bank Account via CIPC during the registration process

Extra Services Not Included:

1. CIPC Beneficial Owner Registration (can only be done after company is registered)
2. SARS Registered Representative of Public Officer.
