With regards to Transmission Fluids and Machines,(TFM) please be advised that Mr. Trevor Lance Wheeler, passed away on the 13th of May 2022.


AccountsPro Solutions were appointed the Bookkeepers for TFM prior to this.

TFM had a backlog of accounting work as follows:


1. Bookkeeping and accounting work for the trading years: 1 March 2019 to 28 February 2022

2. VAT Analysis for the trading periods: 1 March 2013 to 28 February 2022

3. We had lost most of the accounting records for prior years as well; the business used Sage Pastel and that account had lapsed.


Caz helped us with the following:

    • Analyse and listed all the documents that we needed from 1 March 2013 to 28 February 2022
    • Guided us on how to reopen our Sage Pastel account for a few days, enabling Caz to extract all the data for all the previous trading years since the business started, up to February 2018.
    • Helped us create our SARS efiling profile and showed us how to contact SARS for the help we needed.
    • Helped us begin the processing of recovering lost supplier and expense invoices for the years 1 March 2013 to 28 February 2022 so that she could begin extracting VAT figures.
    • Sourced a Tax Practitioner to help arbitrate the late returns situation.


Caz is very professional. She keeps to her appointments, always makes sure that during business hours, she is always available for questions.


As stated above, the owner of the businesses passed away during the year 2022 and the estate was handed over to the Executor of the Estate.

We contracted Caz in February 2018 to assist us with setting up and managing uGoGo Bargains Storehouse (UBS), an online and physical store in Margate KZN, South Africa. Caz carried out the following duties:

1. Research stock sources, established suppliers, setup pricing structure etc.

2. Set up our online website store, populated it with data and stock, and managed all the aspects of the online store.
3. Sourced a physical shop location, negotiated the lease agreement and other services including the telephone line, internet connection, security company etc.
4. Assisted with the registration of the store for the SA Second Hand Dealers License.
5. Assisted with the setting up of business bank accounts, card payment merchant systems, employee contracts, volunteers contracts etc.
6. Set up the store, trained staff and managed almost every aspect of the daily and monthly operations of the store.
7. Set up cloud-based accounting software and apps on all devices including our smartphones, and taught us how to use those apps.
8. Managed the month-to-month accounting duties as well as supervised the daily admin procedures.

Caz was in charge of almost every aspect of managing the store except for the final decisions which had to be made by myself.


Caz is invaluable to us and has proven her capability and loyalty over the years in all the business projects we hired her to assist with.


Due to my age, I am closing the physical store at the end of October 2019, and will continue the online store for an indefinite period; Caz will be overseeing the wrapping up of the physical store and continue to manage the online store.
