How to create a NEW ticket

1.
Go to
https://accountspro.co.za/helpdesk/index.php?a=add

2.
Choose a category

3.
Enter all the required information

4.
Add up to 4 x  attachments, if needed.  Note:
-- Maximum file size allowed for each  attachment is 4mb.
-- File formats allowed for attachments are pdf, jpg, png, gif ONLY.

5.
Click SUBMIT TICKET

6.
You will be redirected to a confirmation page.

7.
Check your inbox or spam box for a confirmation email.
