This service is to apply to reserve a name on CIPC for branding, trading, company registration etc.  It can be for a new or existing entity.  A reserved name protects it from being used by others.

1. Appointment/Mandate Draft Letter - for your signature; The letter appoints us to apply to CIPC for the Name Reservation on your behalf.
    
2. CIPC confirmation of application for Name Reservation.

 

Extra Services Not Included:

 

1. Letterhead creation. 
   
   We would prefer to create the above documents on your official company letterhead, but if you don't have one and don't want us to create one, we will create the documents on plain paper.
