This service is for changing the details of a director of an existing Pty Ltd or NPC on CIPC records.

1. Company Appointment/Mandate Draft - for your signature; The letter appoints us to submit the changes to CIPC on your behalf.
    
2. Company Resolution confirming the Directors changes - for your signature.
    
3. CIPC confirmation of application to amend the information of a Company Director for your Pty Ltd

 

 

Extra Services Not Included:

 

1. Letterhead creation. 
   
   We would prefer to create the above documents on your official company letterhead, but if you don't have one and don't want us to create one, we will create the documents on plain paper.
