This service is for registering a Beneficial Owner of an existing Pty Ltd company with CIPC.

 

 

What You Get:

 

 

1. Company Appointment/Mandate Draft - for your signature; The letter appoints us to do the Beneficial Owner Registration for you and appoints the individual of your choice as the Beneficial Owner.
    
2. Company Share Register Document
    
3. Company Beneficial Owner Register Document
    
4. Company Beneficial Owner Disclosure Chart
    
5. CIPC Beneficial Owner Submission Confirmation Email from CIPC.
    
6. Follow up with CIPC until BO Application Result is received, i.e. if accepted,  the Beneficial Owner Certificate is issued by CIPC and then forwarded to you.

 

 

Extra Services Not Included:

 

1. Letterhead creation. 
   
   We would prefer to create the above documents on your official company letterhead, but if you don't have one and don't want us to create one, we will create the documents on plain paper.
